Cabbage with bacon
Have some cabbage left? Here is an idea to make a great side dish with it!

- Bring the water to a boil with the stock cube, and put aside. Cook the bacon in a hot pan.
- Once the bacon is cooked, add the thinly sliced cabbage. Stir gently.
- Add 1/4 of the stock, stir and leave to cook.
- Repeat this step during 40 minutes (as you would do with a risotto), leaving the pan on a medium heat.
- There you are, your cabbage with bacon is ready!
