Shrimp Poppers
Ingredients 1 bag of small shelled cooked shrimp (~100) 2 - 4 cups cooking oil (grapeseed or peanut) 2 cups bread crumbs 1 cup all purpose flour 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp salt 1 tsp cayenne pepper 2 eggs beaten 1. Fill frying pan with oil (2 - 3 inches deep) and turn burner to medium to high heat. You will need 3 bowls - fill one with flour, one with the beaten eggs, and one with bread crumbs, garlic, salt, and cayenne. 2. Dip 5 - 6 shrimp at a time in the flour, then egg, then bread crumbs.
