Ingredients:
hung curd 300 gms
milk powder 100 gms
fine chop coriander roots
fine chop green chilli
fine chop ginger
mace cardamom pwdr
salt
thin vermicilli crushed for coating

Preparation:
mix all the above ingredient in a bowl
make small patti 30 gms each
coat with vermicilly
rest in ref for an hour
deep fry ....
the patties may be stuffer with mango relish or papaya relish...
