- medium skewer picks, 6 inches

- Air fryer
Preparation
Wash the bell pepper. Peel onion and garlic and chop coarsely. Remove leaves from parsley.
Place in a chopper. Add salt, pepper and paprika.Blend coarsely, leaving some chunks.

Trim the edges of the tortillas to form squares.
Add filling evenly over the entire surface of one tortilla. Cover with another tortilla and repeat.
For the final layer, close with a tortilla without filling.
Cut the filled tortilla square into 3 equal strips.
Turn the strips over on their sides so that the "stripes" face upwards, then cut in half widthways.
Stick two skewers into the same "mille-feuille" and cut in half to obtain 2 skewers. Repeat the operation.
Airfry for 4 minutes at 390°F/200°C per side. Adjust if necessary.
You can lightly oil the top of the skewer with an oil spray if you wish, but this is optional.
And it's ready!
Enjoy with a yoghurt sauce: mix 1 plain yoghurt, lemon juice, salt, pepper and parsley!
