- Potatoes, peas, carrots and cauliflower are boiled and crushed. It is then mixed well with the chopped onions, grated paneer and a paste made out of coriander, mint and green chilli. Refined flour is added and it is made into balls placing a cashew nut on top. It is dipped rolled in breadcrumbs and deep-fried. It is garnished with onion and lemon wedges.
