Vietnamese Dipping Sauce (Nuoc Cham)

Every time I visit Vietnamese restaurant, this sauce will be serve with broken rice , rice vermicelli dishes or fried spring roll.
Here is an easy and quick way to make this dipping sauce using Sweet Chili Sauce.
 

Ingredients
Sliced Radish (Daikon)
Sliced Carrot
Sweet Chili Sauce (any brand will do, i used Thai Sweet Chili Sauce)
Fish Sauce
Vinegar
