Simple and tasty steam fish. Quick! Taucu is a type of fermented beans.

Ingredients

Number of serving: 2
1 Medium size fish,

1 pinch of salt/1 slice ginger,

1 clove garlic,

1 teaspoon sesame oil,

1 tablespoon taucu,

1 teaspoon sugar,

2 tablespoon water,

1 spring onion

Preparation

  • Clean up fish, add salt/ ginger into fish stomach on steaming plate.
    Heat oil pan, add in garlic, fry till start turn to darken.
  • Add taucu, 1 tablespoon taucu, 1 teaspoon sugar.
    Add 2 tablespoon water, stir it up.
  • Add sesame oil, stir for 10 seconds.
    Remove from pan & spread it all over the fish.
  • Steam fish for 10 mins.
    Garnish with spring onion.
  • Ready to serve.
