- Grind all the ingredients like onions, tomatoes, coconut, red chillies, whole cloves and Cinnamon to smooth paste and keep aside.
- In a pressure cooker, add oil and add small onions and fry till golden brown, add ginger-garlic paste, red chilly powder, coriander powder and continue to fry.
- Now add Goat's head meat and the ground masala paste. Add just enough water to cover the meat. Add salt. Cover and pressure cook for 10-15 min.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
