Tiny vege, a look alike sprout like the alfafa but its not. You don’t need to clean your pan after the mushroom. Add in the vegetable in order for the left over sauce and fragrant to be in the vegetable.

Ingredients

• 1 pack Tau Miu, ½ pack of fresh mushroom 5-6 pieces
• 1 tablespoon anchovies
• 2 cloves garlic
• 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
• 1 teaspoon sugar

Preparation

• Slice button mushroom.
  Heat oil, fry garlic and anchovies for 2 minutes.
• Add mushrooms.
  Add oyster sauce and 2 spoon water.
  Remove to plate.
• Add Tau Miu, fry for 20 seconds.
  Remove and garnish with the mushroom anchovies.
  Ready to serve.
