Ingredients

Number of serving: 6
1 kilo of Pork (slice into small pieces)

1/2 tablespoon salt,


Calamansi( small, very round citrus fruit that's ubiquitous in the Philippines) or into a lemon.

30 (pieces)barbecue sticks

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, marinate the pork with soy sauce,salt and calamansi or lemon in 2 hours. Drain it.
  • After marinate, meat should be put in a barbecue stick about 6-8pieces.
  • Cook in the over medium grill. just let it cook you desire.
  • Note: Do not over cook the meat will be tough.
