Honey mustard chicken

Number of serving: 5
6 tablespoons spicy brown mustard

2 tablespoons honey

4 chicken breasts cut into strips (or use 16 tenders)

1 1/2 cups bread crumbs


  • Combine honey and mustard in a zip lock bag.
  • Put bread crumbs in seperate bag.
  • Place chicken fingers in honey mustard and get them fully coated.
  • Then coat them with bread crumbs.
  • At this point you can either freeze them, or spray a cookie sheet and bake them at 425 for 20-25 minutes.
