Chocolate and apple fudge, the super-easy dessert you can make with just 2 ingredients!
After the pear version we loved, discover our super gourmet apple and chocolate fudge! You never change a winning team, just two ingredients: fruit (in this case apple) and chocolate. No added sugar, perfect for a snack with the kids, or for an express dessert :) Follow the steps below:
Ingredients
Materials
- 1 peeler
- 1 knife
- 1 board
- 1 frying pan
- 1 chopper
- 1 14.5 cm-diameter springform pan
- parchment paper
Preparation
Peel and chop the apples.
Fry the apple pieces in a hot pan until soft.
*This step is optional but preferable.
Transfer the roasted apple pieces to the chopper.
Melt chocolate and pour into chopper.
Blend until lumpy.
*Chop the apples as finely as possible. However, you may choose to keep larger apple pieces.
Pour the mixture into a lined springform pan and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Carefully remove the parchment paper from the mould and it's ready!

Can this recipe be made with other fruits?
Yes, you can! We recommend pear and persimmon!
Can you make individual cream desserts?
Yes, you can: pour the mixture into ramekins and place in the fridge (the resting time will remain the same).
How do I decorate my chocolate apple dessert?
You can slice slices of apple with a mandolin, for example, or cover with grated coconut!
