Observations
What can I substitute for clementines?
You can replace them with oranges for larger wedges, but also with apples, pears or even pieces of banana.
Which chocolate to use?
Here we have used dark chocolate but do not hesitate to vary the pleasures by also taking milk chocolate and white chocolate for your recipe.
Which topping to use?
Again, no limits! In addition to the classic praline, slivered almonds and coconut, try the experiment with sesame seeds, crushed peanuts or even pink praline.
Can this recipe be made with children?
This is precisely what we were going to offer you. For a fun and creative activity, your children will love making this recipe with you and will certainly be very proud of the result ;-)
How long will this recipe keep?
Once made, you can keep these chocolate clementine wedges for about 2-3 days in an airtight box placed in the refrigerator.
Can this recipe be frozen?
Unfortunately we do not recommend it. During defrosting, the clementine segments could become soggy and form a disaster with the chocolate..!
