Chocolate marquise

- Cake mold
- Plastic foil
- Electric whisk
Preparation
- Put the gelatin sheets to soak in some cold water. Put the eggs and the sugar in a bowl and whisk at full speed for 5 to minutes, until they are twice its volume.
- Melt the chocolate with the butter. Add the strained gelatin and combine well.
- Pour the chocolate into the beaten eggs, and gently mix until you get a smooth batter.
- Line your cake mold with plastic foil, and pour the batter in it. Put in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
- Unmold gently the marquise and sprinkle with almond flakes.
- There you are, your chocolate marquise is ready!
