A no-bake dessert with chocolate, that is what is promised to you in this delicious recipe!

2/3 cup butter

1/3 cup sugar

2 gelatin sheets

almond flakes


Cake mold
Plastic foil
Electric whisk


  • Step 1 - Chocolate marquisePut the gelatin sheets to soak in some cold water. Put the eggs and the sugar in a bowl and whisk at full speed for 5 to minutes, until they are twice its volume.
  • Step 2 - Chocolate marquiseMelt the chocolate with the butter. Add the strained gelatin and combine well.
  • Step 3 - Chocolate marquisePour the chocolate into the beaten eggs, and gently mix until you get a smooth batter.
  • Step 4 - Chocolate marquiseLine your cake mold with plastic foil, and pour the batter in it. Put in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
  • Step 5 - Chocolate marquiseUnmold gently the marquise and sprinkle with almond flakes.
