Preparation

  • Unfailing chocolate marquise - Preparation step 1Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water. In a bowl, combine the eggs and sugar, and whisk at high speed for 5 to 10 minutes, until they have doubled in volume.
  • Unfailing chocolate marquise - Preparation step 2Melt the chocolate with the butter. Add the well-drained gelatin to the warm mixture and stir until it is completely dissolved.

Observations
