Chocolate coffee cupcake with a chocolate orange ganache glaze

Ingredients

1)Chocolate Coffee Cupcakes:

• 1 cup (200 g) flour
• 1 cup (240 g) sugar
• 1 egg
• 2 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
• 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 1 cup (250 ml) strong coffee

2)The chocolate orange glaze:

• 170 g (6 ounces) good dark chocolate
• 170 ml (3/4 cup) heavy cream
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 1 tablespoon cointreau
• 1 teaspoonvanilla extract
