If you often indulge in a sweet stop at the Ikea cafeteria during your shopping trips, you have surely tasted their famous Daim cake. Why not make this cake at home now?!

  • Daim cake - ikea style - Preparation step 2Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until the mixture whitens. Bring the cream, milk, and sweetened condensed milk to a boil in a saucepan. Add the seeds from the vanilla bean. When the mixture boils, add it to the sweetened egg yolks.
