Preparation
Defrost the mangoes about 30 minutes before starting the recipe. Place the still cold pieces in the blender.
Add lime juice and sugar.
Blend everything and adjust the amount of sugar if necessary (the mango can be more or less sweet).
Serve immediately or place in an airtight container in the freezer.
You can sprinkle lime zest on top.
