Ingredients

• 1 unripe Mango
• 1 torched ginger flower or bunga kantan (remove the petals and slice it)
• 5 shallots
• 4 birds eye chilli
• A handful of dried shrimps
• Seasoning
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
• 2 - 3 table spoon Calamansi juice

• Fry dried shrimps.
• Slice all other items thinly.
• Mix all in a bowl and add seasoning.
