Ingredients

Number of serving: 2
1 unripe Mango

1 torched ginger flower or bunga kantan (remove the petals and slice it)

5 shallots

4 birds eye chilli

A handful of dried shrimps

Seasoning

Salt to taste

1/2 tablespoon brown sugar

2 - 3 table spoon Calamansi juice

Preparation

  • Fry dried shrimps.
  • Slice all other items thinly.
  • Mix all in a bowl and add seasoning.
