No-bake oreo cheesecake

15 pieces Oreo cookies

70 g butter

Cheese Topping:

250 g cream cheese

100 g castor sugar

2-3 pieces oreo biscuits

150 ml whipping cream

80 ml full cream milk

1 1/2 tablespoons gelatin powder


  • Base: Crush Oreo biscuits with a rolling pin or you can use a food processor to do it. Mix evenly with melted butter.
  • Press firmly over the baking tin. Put in the freezer while preparing the topping.
  • Add gelatin to the full cream milk. Melt them over the boiling water. Let cool.
  • Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add in cooled gelatin + milk mixture, blend. Add in the whipping cream.
  • When it is well mixed, add in crushed biscuits continue blend for 2 minutes.
  • Pour mixture onto the biscuit base and let it set in the freezer for 3-4 hours.
