Ingredients

15 pieces Oreo cookies
70 g butter

Cheese Topping:

250 g cream cheese
100 g castor sugar
2-3 pieces oreo biscuits
150 ml whipping cream
80 ml full cream milk
1 1/2 tablespoons gelatin powder

Preparation

Base: Crush Oreo biscuits with a rolling pin or you can use a food processor to do it. Mix evenly with melted butter.
Press firmly over the baking tin. Put in the freezer while preparing the topping.
Add gelatin to the full cream milk. Melt them over the boiling water. Let cool.
Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add in cooled gelatin + milk mixture, blend. Add in the whipping cream.
When it is well mixed, add in crushed biscuits continue blend for 2 minutes.
Pour mixture onto the biscuit base and let it set in the freezer for 3-4 hours.
