Preparation
- Base: Crush Oreo biscuits with a rolling pin or you can use a food processor to do it. Mix evenly with melted butter.
- Press firmly over the baking tin. Put in the freezer while preparing the topping.
- Add gelatin to the full cream milk. Melt them over the boiling water. Let cool.
- Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add in cooled gelatin + milk mixture, blend. Add in the whipping cream.
- When it is well mixed, add in crushed biscuits continue blend for 2 minutes.
- Pour mixture onto the biscuit base and let it set in the freezer for 3-4 hours.
