- Preheat oven to 200C. Mix ingredients A together in a bowl and leave aside.
- Lay the mussels in rows on a baking tray lined with aluminium foil.
- Sprinkle salt and cayenne pepper on the mussels.
- Scoop a heaped teaspoon of mixture A on each mussel.
- Cover each mussel with grated cheese and garnish with the chopped dills.
- Repeat this process on all the mussels.
- Baked in the oven for 8 minutes or till the cheese has soften .
- You can serve these as starters.
