Baked NZ Mussels With Garlic ,Cheese & Dills
Preparation

Preheat oven to 200C. Mix ingredients A together in a bowl and leave aside.

Lay the mussels in rows on a baking tray lined with aluminium foil.

Sprinkle salt and cayenne pepper on the mussels.

Scoop a heaped teaspoon of mixture A on each mussel.

Cover each mussel with grated cheese and garnish with the chopped dills.
-
Repeat this process on all the mussels.

Baked in the oven for 8 minutes or till the cheese has soften .

You can serve these as starters.
