- First sift your flour, sugar and salt into a mixing bowl. In a separate mixing bowl, lightly whisk together the eggs and milk then tip into the flour. Whisk with a balloon whisk until free of lumps.

In a separate mixing bowl, lightly whisk together the eggs and milk then tip into the flour. Whisk with a balloon whisk until free of lumps. - Slowly incorporate the water adding a little at a time and mixing well after each addition. Mixture will be pretty runny.
- Rub a medium size fry-pan liberally with oil and heat over medium to high heat.
- Once the fry-pan is hot, pour in around 1/3 of a cup of batter and swirl around the pan. The batter will set quickly so once it has set, run your spatula around the edges of the fry-pan and give the fry-pan a little shake to prevents sticking.
- Lift edge of palacinke up, if it is lightly browned then you are ready to flip it over and brown the other side.
