  • Peanut butter and oreo brownies - Preparation step 1Crush the Oreo cookies into powder using a food processor (or by crushing them). Melt the butter and mix it with the crushed Oreos.
  • Peanut butter and oreo brownies - Preparation step 2Grease your cake pan. Pour in the previous mixture and press it firmly into the bottom of the pan. Place it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • Peanut butter and oreo brownies - Preparation step 3Quickly heat the peanut butter in the microwave if it is too stiff. Pour it over the cookie layer and spread it evenly. Return to the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • Peanut butter and oreo brownies - Preparation step 4Melt the chocolate with the butter. Mix the eggs with the sugar and flour, then add the melted chocolate and butter. Mix well.
