Blueberry Pomegranate Reduction Sauce:

2 cups blueberry pomegranate juice, or 1 cup of Pomegranate juice and 1 cup of blueberry juice.

1/4 cup dark brown sugar

2 tablespoons lemon juice (about 1 fresh lemon)

Preparation

  • Combine and reduce in a sauce pan over medium heat stirring frequently until the mixture has reduced by half. (You can of course shorten the time by adding a little corn starch slurry, 2 tablespoons cold water with 1-2 teaspoons corn starch) If your a purist you will not.
