Preparation

Using a electrical whisk beat egg whites till foamy.

Gradually add in sugar and beat till soft peak foam. Add in ovalette and beat for 1 minute.

Combine milk, olive oil and blueberry jam.

Fold in flour and jam mixture alternately into egg whites foam.
-
Spoon batter into cupcakes cases.
-
Place into preheated steamer and steam over medium heat for 20 minutes.
