3/4 cup semi-skimmed milk
1+1/4 cup cream (30% fat)
4 egg yolks
3 Tbsp white sugar
1 tsp vanilla flavoring
6 tsp brown sugar (+/-)

Pour the milk and cream into a saucepan and bring to the boil.
While the milk + cream mixture is heating, add the egg yolks, sugar and vanilla flavoring to a bowl. Whisk together.
Add the milk + cream mixture to the bowl, along with the eggs and sugar. Mix well.
Once the custard is ready, pour it into ramekins.
After filling the ramekins, place them in a dish that fits in the air fryer.
Pour water into the dish until it is halfway full to create a water bath.
Place the dish in the Air fryer. Close the tray and program the machine to bake at 300°F/150°C. Bake for 50min.
Remove the crème brûlées from the air fryer and the water bath, then leave them to cool at room temperature for a few minutes.
Then place the crème brûlées in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
Remove the crème brûlées from the fridge and sprinkle them with brown sugar. Caramelize the surface with a blowtorch.
Wait a few minutes for the caramel to solidify, and it's ready! Enjoy your meal!
