Tiramisu yule log (step by step)

Preparation
Chocolate ganache :
Bring the cream to a boil. Pour it over the chocolate, and stir until the mixture is smooth. Set aside at room temperature.Mascarpone cream :
Soak the gelatin sheet in cold water.
In a bowl, combine the mascarpone, sugar, and very cold whipping cream, and whisk until you achieve a firm cream.Heat the 2 tablespoons of cream, and melt the soaked gelatin sheet in it. Then, add this mixture to the mascarpone cream and mix well. Refrigerate.
Line your loaf pan with plastic wrap. Quickly dip the lady fingers in the cold coffee, and cover the bottom of the pan with them.
Then, spread chocolate ganache over all the lady fingers. Add half of the mascarpone cream on top.
Spread it out, and create a second layer of lady fingers soaked in coffee. Cover them again with chocolate ganache, then add a second layer of mascarpone cream.
Cover with a final layer of soaked lady fingers, and top with the remaining chocolate ganache. Refrigerate the log for at least 3 hours.
Unmold the log onto a serving plate, and remove the plastic wrap. Sprinkle with powdered cocoa, and decorate with meringues and grated coconut.
And there you have it, your Tiramisu Yule Log is ready!
