Mulled wine - french vin chaud, spicy and comforting

For your Christmas party, would you like a glass of mulled wine? A festive recipe with sweet spice flavours :-) Cinnamon, nutmeg, badiane, not to mention cloves, everything will be there! And the red wine of course ;-) We let you follow the stepsto achieve this extra drink, it's so easy to make.

- Remove the zest from half a lemon and an orange, then cut the diced lemon and orange.
- In a pot, pour the red wine. Add the badiane star and let heat over low heat. Add the zests, sugar, cloves, grated nutmeg, cinnamon and diced citrus.
- Heat for 25 minutes over low heat then filter everything before putting the mulled wine back in the pot for serving!
- Serve it and there you are, your mulled wine is ready, cheers !
