Mulled wine - french vin chaud, spicy and comforting

Preparation
Remove the zest from half a lemon and an orange, then cut the diced lemon and orange.
In a pot, pour the red wine. Add the badiane star and let heat over low heat. Add the zests, sugar, cloves, grated nutmeg, cinnamon and diced citrus.
Heat for 25 minutes over low heat then filter everything before putting the mulled wine back in the pot for serving!
Serve it and there you are, your mulled wine is ready, cheers !
