Dry roast the coriander seeds, black pepper, poppy seeds, cinnamon. cool and grind as fine powder.
In a large bowl or pressure pan add 1 glass of water and add chicken, red chilli powder, coriander powder, Onion and tomatoes.
Cook untill the chicken becomes very soft.
Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in large deep tawa or pan and add mustard seeds, cinnamon, bay leaf, curry leaves, ginger garlic paste, saute it for 2 minutes in medium flame.
Add the cooked chicken and add the grinded masala powder with little bit of water(when you cook the chicken in pressure pan, it will leave some water)
Cook until the water is drained and the chicken becomes as dry consistency.
