Ingredients

• 3-4 libras Beef Eye Of Round Roast
• 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
• 1 tablespoon Salt
• 1 tablespoon Garlic Pepper
• 1 tablespoon Oregano

Preparation

• In a bowl combine all the spices together. Rub the roast with oil and then rub in the spices.
• Make sure you cover the entire roast well. If you have time let it rest for 30 minutes.
• Heat oven to 350F and bake the roast for 20 minutes per pound.
• After it's done turn the oven off . Remove the roast and let it rest for 30 minutes.
• The roast should be done to medium.
• When you are ready to serve slice into thinner slices and serve with mashed potatoes and gravy.
