3/4 cup bengal gram flour

1/4 cup rice flour

1/4 tsp garam masala

salt to taste


oil for frying


  • Peel and seperate rind from berhalasu.
  • Cut it into half inch thick slices. Combine together all the ingredients.
  • Mix well,and adjust water for the consistency. Take the slice one by one and deep fry in oilServe hot with sauce, ketchup or chutney.
