  • Heat the wok and put in the oil.
    Fry garlic and ginger until slightly brown.
    Add in the meat. Let it simmer until the juice starts to appear.
  • Add in mushrooms, cauliflower, carrot, onions, peas, potatoes, the black pepper sauce and salt.
    Stir in well and add in the chillies, tomatoes and spring onion.
  • When the sauce has boiled remove from the stove and serve.
  • Black pepper sauce:
    Mixed all the ingredients with a cup of water:
