Chicken 750 g


Ginger paste:1 tablepsoon

Garlic paste:1 tablepsoon

Kashmiri chilli powder:1 tablepsoon

Chicken masala:2 tablepsoons

Yoghurt:2 tablepsoons

Red colour:a pinch

Corn flour:4 tablepsoons

Salt to taste

Oil for frying


  • Mix the chopped chicken with food colour,salt to taste,yoghurt,chilli powder,ginger and garlic pastes and corn flour.
  • Marinate the chicken pieces for an hour. Place the chicken in a pan and cook till the mixture is dried.
  • Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Now place the cooked chicken pieces in the pan and fry for 2 to 3 minutes in a high flame.
  • Allow the chicken to roast in low flame for 3 minutes.
