Mix the chopped chicken with food colour,salt to taste,yoghurt,chilli powder,ginger and garlic pastes and corn flour.

Marinate the chicken pieces for an hour. Place the chicken in a pan and cook till the mixture is dried.

Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Now place the cooked chicken pieces in the pan and fry for 2 to 3 minutes in a high flame.

Allow the chicken to roast in low flame for 3 minutes.
