Chicken adobo (japanese style)

- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients, add the chicken and marinade overnight.
 - In a pan, heat oil and stir-fry the chicken without the sauce.
 - Add the sauce, cook until the sauce thicken, remove the onion and ginger.
 - When the chicken is about to dry, add oil again and stir-fry until no more sauce. Served with steam rice.
