Chicken Adobo (Japanese Style)
Preparation

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients, add the chicken and marinade overnight.

In a pan, heat oil and stir-fry the chicken without the sauce.

Add the sauce, cook until the sauce thicken, remove the onion and ginger.

When the chicken is about to dry, add oil again and stir-fry until no more sauce. Served with steam rice.
