Ingredients

Number of serving: 4
500 g chicken

2 stalks green onion

3 cloves garlic

1 red chili pepper

1 small ginger


sake or Japanese vinegar

salt and pepper

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix all the ingredients, add the chicken and marinade overnight.
  • In a pan, heat oil and stir-fry the chicken without the sauce.
  • Add the sauce, cook until the sauce thicken, remove the onion and ginger.
  • When the chicken is about to dry, add oil again and stir-fry until no more sauce. Served with steam rice.
