Chicken sausage and green peas fried rice

Ingredients

Number of serving: 5
5 cups cooked white rice

3 Chicken sausages - slit into two pieces and sliced

120g snow peas - remove strings at both sides and sliced

3 red chillies - remove seeds and sliced thinly

5 garlic - chopped

2 eggs -fried and shredded

2 stalks spring onions - sliced

4 tbsp oil

salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • When oil is heated, fry the garlic, sausages and snow peas for about 4-5 mins.
    Add in the rice, salt and pepper to taste. Stir to combine in.
    Finally, add the chillies, spring onions and eggs.
    Continue to stir to mix all the ingredients together a couple of time.
    Remove from heat to be served.
