Chicken tortilla soup
Preparation
- Sautee over medium heat until translucent.
- Sautee 2-3 min, or until fragrant.
- Cook at med-high heat until chicken is cooked throughout.
- Remove chicken pieces. Once cooled, shred into strips and add back into soup.
- Simmer on med-low heat for at least 1/2 hr.
- Garnish with dollop of sour cream, cilantro and tortilla chips.
