Ingredients

Number of serving: 6
500g (NW) Chicken (clean and remove skin and fat)

500g (NW) Sweet Corns (2 big stalks - cut into smaller portion)

150g (NW) Carrot (peel and cut into thick pieces)

8 Dried Chinese Mushrooms (soak and remove the stems)

2,200ml Water

Preparation

  • 1. Put water in a pot and bring to boil.
    2. Put in all the ingredients and use low heat to boil for 3 hours. Done.
    3. You may add salt to taste but we love the original taste.
