Chinese herbal chicken soup
Mild sweet, aromatic and herby combination of tastes.

Preparation
- Rinse herbs, place in a pot with chicken, garlic, ginger and 3/4 liter of water.
Simmer over very low heat.
This will probably take about 40 mins to 1 hour.
Season with salt and pepper.
Drizzle sesame oil and garnish with spring onions before serving.
