Cook the rice in salted boiling water for 10 minutes. Beat the eggs into an omelet and cook it. Cut the omelet into small cubes.
Cook the bacon. Once it starts to cook, add the peas and the diced omelet.
Then add the cooked and drained rice, and the soy sauce. Stir well and remove from heat.
And there you have it, your express Cantonese rice is ready!
