Preparation
- Pour olive oil in a pan. Then add a little onion cut in cubes, and cook them.
- Pour the rice and mix until it become translucent.
- Add the stock and wait until it boil. Then cover the pan and let it cook during 10 minutes.
- That’s it! Your pilaf rice is done!
