Ingredients

Number of serving: 2
1 tablespoon cooking oil

2 cups cooked rice, cooled

1/2 cup ketchup

1/2 cup soy sauce

1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper

chopped parsley for garnish

Preparation

  • In a wok, heat oil. Then add cooked rice.
  • Add bell pepper, ketchup and soy sauce.
  • Mix until rice becomes yellowish-orange in color.
  • Sprinkle chopped parsley on top. Serve hot.

Ketchup and soy sauce???better put annatto oil to make it yellowish, or much better turmeric powder gives more flavor in the rice
