- Grind all the ingredients given in the list'dry roast and grind' as fine powder.
- Heat oil, let splutters mustard seeds,urad dal and asafoetida powder.
- Add the onions,curry leaves and saute until the onions turns transculent.
- Add immediately the radish chunks, salt, the grounded spice powder, chilli powder and saute everything for few minutes, add enough water and cook until the veggies get well cooked.
- Now add the rice and lemon juice, toss everything gently.
- Serve hot with papads or pickles..
