Crispy curry flavored fried fish in fresh turmeric coconut milk gravy.

- Mix fish with all ingredients except oil.
Deep fry, remove and keep aside.
Simmer 2 cups of water with turmeric.
When heated through, drain off/remove turmeric.
Add in tomato, onion, ginger, chilli and fenugreek seeds.
Once simmered, pour coconut milk, add fried fish and season with salt.
Gently stir and after 2-3 minutes, remove from heat.
Stir in spring onion and lime juice.
