- Bring stock to boil. Add 2 teaspoons of fried ground flat fish.
- Add fish head and bone, follow by fillet slices bring to boil for approx 2 minutes or till cooked.
- Add in ginger, tomato, balance fried flat fish pieces and wine, mix well.
- Transfer to serving dish.
- Garnish with spring onion, pepper and fried shallots oil.
