1/3 cup oil
2 teaspoon black mustard seeds
1/2 teaspoon asfetida
1 heaped teaspoon of Turmeric powder
1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
2-3 tables spoon of
sugar (to taste)
1/3 cup of water
1/2 cup of lime or
lemon juice
