Grilled orange chicken on the george foreman or panini

Ingredients

Number of serving: 8
3 chopped orange segments

1/4 cup orange juice

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

2 teaspoons lime juice

3 garlic cloves

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 libra boneless skinless chicken breasts

Preparation

  • Place all ingredients into a Zip-Loc bag.
  • Massage the bag for a minute or so. Put bag in the refrigerator for about an hour.
  • When desired time has passed, take out the bag and remove the chicken breasts.
  • Prepare grill as normal with a rub of oil and no canned spray.
  • Grill chicken for around 4 to 8 minutes, or until juices run clear.
