- Pressure cook Thuvar dal, raw mango, onions, tomato, green chille, turmeric powder, curry powder, hing with required amount of water.
- Mash the cooked mango dal mixture with potato masher and add reqired salt.
- In a Kadai, add Seasoning ingredients. Let it splutter, then add to the cooked raw ango dal.
- Serve hot.
