Ingredients

• 2 Raw Banana
• 1 small Onion chopped finely
• 5 Green Chilies
• 2 table spoon Ginger-Garlic paste
• 2 tea spoon Coriander Powder
• a pinch of Turmeric
• 3 tea spoon Red Chili Powder
• 1 tea spoon Cumin
• Freshly chopped Coriander
• 5 table spoon Cooking Oil
• Salt to taste

Preparation

• Peel the Raw Bananas,cut them into cubes and wash them. In a bowl add this cubes, Ginger-Garlic paste, Turmeric, Red Chili Powder, Coriander Powder and salt to taste.
• Mix this well and keep the mixture aside for 25 minutes. Then heat Cooking Oil in a Non-stick pan,add Cumin and Methi/Fenugreek Seeds.
• Once it splatters add chopped Onions,Green Chilies and Curry Leaves.
• When the Onions get cooked add the Banana mixture and water as needed. Close the lid and cook in medium flame.
• Once the Banana gets cooked and masala thickens switch off the flame. At last sprinkle freshly chopped Coriander.
