Raw banana - 2 nos

chilly powder - 1 teaspoon

pepper powder - 1 teaspoon

asafoetida(hing) - 1/4 teaspoon

oil for stir frying

Salt for taste.

Preparation

  • Peel outer skin and cut the raw banana into small cubes.
  • In a pan add oil, hing, raw banana, chilly powder and fry for a minute. Add salt and pepper and fry until its done.
  • Serve hot.
