- 1)Aloo Parwal Ki Subzi:
Heat oil in a pan. Add potatoes, parwal, salt and other spices, except gram flour, peanuts and chopped coriander leaves. Saute all ingredients. Add 25 ml water, cover with a lid and cook on a low heat until done. Stir occasionally. Add gram flour and peanut powder. Mix well. Simmer for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot with rice/ chapati. - 2)Batter Fried Banana Chips:
Peel bananas. Thinly slice ( about 1/8 - inch thick ). Mix with flour and coat lightly. Heat oil in a pan / kadai. Add banana slices in small batches without crowding. Fry for about 3 minutes until golden brown. Drain chips on paper towel. prinkle with salt to taste.
