1 Bunch of Fenugreek leaves

1/2 Tsp Ginger

2 Green Chillies

1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds

1/4 Tsp Garam Masala

1/2 Tsp Coriander Powder

1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder

Salt and Red Chilli Powder

2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil


  • Heat Oil in a pan. Once oil is heated, add cumin seeds. Once they change their color, add cumin seeds and green chillies to the oil. Stir for 10-15 seconds.
  • Add all the dry spices to the oil. Mix them well for 10 seconds. Add the potatoes and the Methi and mix well so that they get coated with spices evenly and nicely.
  • Cook until Potatoes are tender and the curry looks well cooked.
